We have run a 'pitching' programme with Mike twice in 5 years. Those staff still with us remembered the original training and the lasting impact (which helped us convince HR to fund the programme again). Feedback from participants this year (both formally at the end of the course and informally in conversations with me) has confirmed again that everyone has taken away new insights, better approaches, and a deeper understanding of their own and others’ personal style. The program was successfully converted to virtual delivery, and added a highly relevant “presenting via VC” element!
