Hello, my name is Mike Gale and I started my training consultancy business with a desk and a telephone in 1992. Since then the business has delivered programmes in more than 35 countries to over 100 corporate firms including 14 of the top 20 financial institutions worldwide. 

I changed the name from Michael Gale & Associates (I know, original!) to Synergy5 after years of designing and delivering programmes to aid people's personal effectiveness in leadership, sales, teamwork and indeed in most business environments.

Why Synergy5?

Because it represents the bringing together of the five key measurable ingredients that comprise all effective speaking, presentation, influencing and sales communication contexts.

We began by delivering workshops and seminars, but the demand for conference/offsite keynotes, as well as strategic training programmes and coaching, took the business into both larger and smaller audience environments. Whatever the context, the aim is always to provide performance advice, linked to your desired results, in a manner which is practical, memorable and enjoyable!
